Does it cancel orders? No. Does it modify orders? No. Why read orders? To analyze cancelled orders and cancellation reasons. Does it read customer emails or addresses? No, not by default. Can it show older than 60 days? Not in the MVP without additional Shopify approval. Unknown reasons are shown as Other / unknown and can be classified with merchant rules.
