CancelLens Dashboard processes recent Shopify order cancellation data for merchant analytics. The app uses order id/name, cancellation reason, cancellation date, order totals, line item product/SKU context, financial and fulfillment status, and merchant settings. Customer name, email, phone, billing address, and shipping address are not requested or stored by default. Raw order payloads are not stored. The app supports Shopify privacy webhooks and merchant deletion requests.
